Context:
After Harley and Joker got to know each other a bit, Joker broke out of Arkham and brought Harley with him to Ace Chemicals. She was nervous, being in an environment where she couldn't escape if he tried anything, but she soon got distracted from that when she excitedly admired the chemicals that made the Joker who he was.
