Context:
Pretty much since the beginning of the Suicide Squad, Captain Boomerang enjoyed making fun of Deadshot for how close he seemed to be with Harley, asking on multiple occasions if he was crushing on her, irritating Deadshot, who usually answered by saying he had a wife, and wouldn't betray her by falling for another, although even if he wasn't necessarily crushing on her, he was still attracted to her to some level, he'd just never admit it.
