The drawing was from... sometime in Feb or March 2023, and the colouring in early August.

Honestly, my doodle book is just 90% me going "I NEED TO DRAW DRAGONS RIGHT NOW" followed by me... not drawing dragons for ages, and then having to do loads of doodles to remember how to dragon again.... 🙃
