Hello!! I'm doing this a) to test out journals as I've never used them before, and b) because it looks fun!! Looking around it looks like this is the original, but I'm using one inspired by the user guineapig because its longer and I like talking :3

Name: Cicada!! I've also gone by Nameless and Jester before, so I'm good with those too :) honestly you could probably call me something random and I'd still respond to it

Gender: vaguely agender I suppose? idk I don't use a lot of labels
Pronouns: it/its, thinking about trying out mirrored pronouns maybe too
Sexuality: definitely aromantic, other than that I typically either call myself a lesbian or just queer, again I don't use a lot of labels
Height: Average height :3 not going any deeper than that :33
Dream Job: Would love to either do art for a living or be an entomologist (scientist who studies insects)

Favourite Medium: Graphite and Ink!! although I am slowly coming around to digital too :p
Favourite Subjects: Creatures/monsters, my OCs, anthro characters, and also Nikola Orsinov from the Magnus Archives bc I draw her a lot hdgdhhdhs

Favourite period of art?: idk if they count as periods but I am fond of cubism, surrealism, and contemporary art :)
Piece you're the most proud of?: currently either angel nikola or bad dog!. or else a piece I made for an art competition that I got a perfect score on, that unfortunately I can't post without doxxing myself :<
How did you learn?: lots of messing around and practicing what I liked
How long does it usually take you to make something?: depends. traditional pieces tend to take longer than digital, but other than that I don't really think about the time it takes
What's the big project you haven't gotten around to yet?: Big Nikola Orsinov-centered comic/zine/whatever with a poem I like. I'm extremely normal about that mannequin trust me guys (lying)
