This is Fei. She's the heir to the throne of Hell, though she was such a turd that even her father is annoyed by her. He makes her stay outside of Hell with immortal beings that she can't try to execute.

I feel like in the art the arm looks wonky, so this isn't my favorite piece of art I've done.
