Weirdly lore-heavy piece… This one features my character Waylon Ward after injuring his wrist. This wrist injury occurred in September 1991, only mere months after he joined the band ACIDATA. His injury happened on stage, playing too crazily on guitar and injuring himself. His absence for healing brought upon a tough time for the band, and Waylon eventually convinced his classically trained brother Solomon to take a crack at band practice. It didn't go entirely as planned since he wasn't energetic like the rest of them, but his calculated nature (reinforced by going to school for music) made him a staple that they never decided to get rid of, even when Waylon's wrist was better, and he was able to join back in.
