Yeah I already did this a couple months back with my main so if you've seen it there, there's nothing new really. Most of what's different is me changing how I word things.

Porting this over cuz this is technically my "personal" persona so it feels fitting to have smthn like this on here. Probably won't post other journal memes here it's a lot more fun to do them on main.

name/nickname: Karl/ Schmidt. Don't refer to me as Crust on here that's for my main only pls.

pronouns: It/its primarily. Friends can use they/them for me. My full list of neopronouns are: gore/gores, tongue/tongues, purr/purrs, snip/snips, vein/veins, nya/nyan, and paw/paws. The ones attached to my profile are the ones I feel most connected with rn.

location: USAmerican and that's all you need to know.
fun fact: Chihuahua dog defender 'til the end of time. I really do not tolerate the demonization of chihuahuas at all; I don't find it funny when people egg their dogs into bad behaviors nor do I find it funny to call these dogs inherently evil.
hobbies/interests: Art. Duh. I play video games but to a way lesser extent. I also like collecting plushies and 1998 Furbies/ older FurReal Friends.
dream job: Being able to make a livable amount of money off of commission work would fix me I think. I also like janitorial work tbh.

ART:

favorite medium: I mostly do digital, but I also really fucking love working with oil pastels. Gouache also looks super fun to work in but I'm too lazy to look into it rn.
favorite subjects: Well whenever I get a hyperfixation at least one character worms it's way into my brain and I have to draw shit related to them as frequently as possible. So Yeah. I also really like drawing my dogs. I also also really enjoy defaulting to my fursona Karl or my persona Kaine if I'm feeling like human art.
favorite artists/inspiration: My friends (Pont, Mick, Hayden, etcc) <33 // For older styles I draw a lot from (moreso my memories of LOL but) bluekyokitty/ BaniTheKitty/ SplashKittyArtist. For more current inspos I really enjoy pinewoif's art. I also really like LiticaHarmony's pixel style.
favorite period of art: (voice of guy who has not studied art periods outside of their brief mentions in MS & HS art classes) Uhmmmmm.. I think Impressionism and Surrealism are both super cool.
piece you're the most proud of: As of now, solely looking at my non-furry art it's my desk study.
how long have you been creating: Been doodlin' ever since I could pick up a crayon LOL & it became one of my main hobbies reallllyy fast. I wanna say I've been doing it more seriously for like? 10 yrs? Ever since I saw my first Warriors AMV I knew I wanted to draw and animate fictional animals.
how did you learn: Trial & error & mostly teaching myself. My HS art classes def helped me as well but a lot of the practice behind where my art is now was fueled by me wanting to do something, not knowing how to do it, and then looking up art tutorials/ doing studies on my own.
how long does it usually take you to make something: I wanna say 1-2 hrs if it's a simple project? 30min if I'm just doodling? But bigger projects can easily take 3-4+ hours. I have not yet processed that my drawing process is a lot more involved than it was like, 4 years ago.
what's the big project you haven't got around to yet: I have like a thousand animation ideas that I want to do so bad but I have to focus on owed. I'm being sooo brave about it though (my teeth are gritted and my face is red while I try and hold back tears). Oh and I also wanna do one of those "designing every Warrior cat"-type projects but I'm less upset abt not yet having the time to do that.
