Made this when i was first relatively new to the danganronpa fandom (sure as hell didn't FEEL new considering i'd been lurking around the fandom YEARS before i got decadence for my switch lol)
I made this bc it's established chihiro doesn't actually enjoy dressing like/being perceived as a girl and i wanted to draw him in a more boyish outfit bc i felt as though that'd something he'd want (...that and i headcanon he's a trans guy)
Note in case you like checking the tags: "boystyle", "ouji" and "dandy" are all terms for the male equivalent of the lolita aesthetic (despite that: anyone of any gender can wear it)
