This was a scrapped concept for my conductor x thomas the tank engine crackfic "if we were a movie" where, since the fic itself is named after a song from the hannah montana movie, that conductor would be a hannah montana-esque jpop idol or something. I scrapped the idea because i didn't know what to do with the concept
