I saw this character in a dream a few months ago

Basically this character was a monokuma/danganronpa-themed character (she wasn't called "monoshoujo" in the dream, that's just what i decided to call her once i woke up) and the dream was that i bought a cosplay of her off of etsy; the costume was put in one of those plastic envelope thingies storebought halloween costumes come in (i'm not a cosplayer IRL so idk how true that is to real life) and the little strap on the back of her hat was made with the same type of metal used in chain link fences but i just chalked that up to just the cosplay creator wanting to incorporate danganronpa's "despair" theming into the outfit. The wierdest thing though was that the image of monoshoujo they used to promote the outfit was AI generated. Obviously THIS image isn't, this was just the best i could do to replicate it, but the actual image in the dream was in a really generic-looking anime art style.

Also, i dunno if it's the blonde hair or the outfit or WHAT but she looks a LOT like avril lavigne...
