This is gabriella regelo ("gabby" for short) jez's hard-partying best friend!!

She's a hyperfeminine snow angel who hates how puritanical heaven (or this universe's stand-in, pancaelus)'s society is and actively tries to challenge it. She's also REALLY smart and takes her studies VERY seriously despite how much she loves going out and having fun (she's sorta like elle woods from legally blonde....i think, idk i never watched that movie)

Like with jez, this isn't her final design (trust me, it's kinda all over the place, she NEEDS a redesign) and she's also admittedly got a lot going on and i need to balance that all out too...
