Envy Green hated her power as a kid, all the other children had far cooler and prettier powers like ice, rainbow rays, concrete, etc. She hated those prettier than her, those happier than her, she wished she had the same things everyone else had but couldn't understand how or why she couldn't attain them. Eventually she snapped, starting with killing a loving couple.

Envy Green lives in a villain city controlled by villains. The city is invisible to the world, thanks to a machine bult by Grey Malice.
