Idk what else to title this

In my pokeverse I guess I can call it hisuian Pokemon actually still exist in modern sinnoh they’re just VEERRRYYYY rare (like critically endangered) and my oc percy found his while he was on his way to snowpoint, beaten down, alone and possibly near death so he helped her by storming his way into the nearest building he could (its fine im sure whatever old lady that was living there was fine with that)

Just kinda a backstory piece nothing special

Also I I tried out using the gouache brush in csp for this

That was something idk about how it turned out but it was a nice change of pace
