Art Fight attack for jesterspecter! I'm a big fan of its work and I've loved Chitter Chatter's design since I first saw it. I love Art Fight for giving me a really good reason to draw so many OCs that I love the designs of.
I tried something new here with the reflection of the balloons, but I couldn't not! It's one of my favorite things about balloons! I've also never done a background like this before... not sure if I like it! But it's pretty fun! YAY!
