Lavender is the owner of the Gen-Aroma Store, a store once owned by a Kecleon but passed onto her. She's a soft and friendly woman, but because she's an Aromatisse, she's cursed with an aromatic "aura" that makes it difficult for her to keep employees (and customers) around. She spends her work days in the back doing doing paperwork and inventory.
