"For three days I have have felt her claws gripping at my throat... it's siren's call to succumb to my illness.

I thought I was stronger. That I thought I could fight off her hold on me. how foolish was I. her grip only tightened around my fragile throat, my sinuses' with the viscus liquid, cutting off my oxygen.

Gaging and wrenching, tossing and turning, in my chamber, into the wee hours of the morning. till the light of the daystar bleeds into the darkness of my abode. it's warming shafts of light sprawl arcos this aching vessel I call a body.

the warmth of the sun only makes my body quiver. I do not expect to make it much longer. let alone the weeks end to enjoy the dark bitter brew with my companions..."

I recorded this while I was very sick back in November of 2024. my friend Cora did the artwork as a gift for me.
