This fairy appears in Hakim and Grenita, a retelling of Hansel and Gretel.

When Hakim and Grenita are sent by their evil stepmother into the woods, they get lost, but this fairy came a long and helped them go to sleep. To be honest, of Fred Crump made a retelling of Pinocchio, I'm pretty sure she would've been the Blue Fairy.

I am not going to lie, her hair was a very big challenge to get right. And I just made a guess of her eye color, her eyes are closed in the book.
