New characters in Otacaia? Yes. Hell has frozen.

I introduce to you Marshawn Kilbourne in the center, he was a member of the Arc Island Colony Defense Team along with Brandon and Arin, until he was exiled with many others during the rebellion. He has since then formed a group of Human Outlaws operating in Nistea and Kondura called Los Buenos, rivaling the 110 Stars founded by his former supervisor, Manuel. Brandon and the Jade Owls will run into him a couple of times.

Beside him are his two spouses. Yes they are a poly. On the right we have Makea Meherete, who was a field medic in the colony, and Nez to the left who was a secretary. Wherever Marshawn goes, the two of them will always follow.
