Designs for unnamed goons from one of the factions that oppose the players in The Lost Treasure of Adiron (a mini campaign from my Atelan Adventures RPG series).
I wanted to depict the general look for their foot-soldiers and officers.

These are Istitian Marines, specifically a unit serving under the banner of House Idrodama. Istitia is, in fact, a feudal federation, in which Noble Houses control quasi-autonomously their own territory, but they all need to abide by the decrees of the Council of the Higher Houses.
If it wasn't marred by so much in-fighting between the Houses, Istitia could be an immensely powerful nation in Atela.
