if you know the inspiration for this guy.... giggles. his design came to me at 2 am a few days ago and i had to design him or i'd perish.

his body is mostly solid but his tail fades off into dark matter. also it's constantly changing pattern, the only constants are the stars. his hands & forearms are the same pale blue as his face/neck.
