What's that up in the sky?

It's a fairy! No?

It's a fish! Not quite...?

It's a flying fish mer!

Eli is an oc who makes an appearance in a short story arc that was loosely based on the little mermaid! Born from a prestigious family in an underwater kingdom, Eli was swept away by a typhoon where she would eventually wind up in Beanstalk Bay. There she would encounter Jac, Aiden and the others in her various escapades. She eventually winds up attending a high school for mythical people, where she would spend her days while longing for the event when she can finally reunite with her loved ones.

She is mute aside from her song, which can only have a hypnotic spell if one happens to be fully invested in listening to it and drawing close to begin with. This power is used to call others of her own kind and for self defense reasons. It doesn't work twice on the same person. She can communicate through basic sign language though it's noted to be difficult to understand since her's is based in Atlantian.
