Commissions

TERMS OF SERVICE:

You will be receiving a digital product. By paying the invoice sent to you, you agree to not force a chargeback after the art is digitally delivered to you.

Refunds will not be given due to changed minds, customer needing money,etc. A refund may be given under dire circumstances such as the artist (“Hon3ypumpkin”) having a personal or business related emergency that results in no longer being capable of delivering the paid work in a timely manner. All commissions will have a discussed timeframe. All timeframes are within PayPal’s buyer protection. Rush fees may be added if art if needed within a specific timeframe requested by the client.

You may not use any art you receive in commercial or retail use unless fees are otherwise discussed.

Custom designs/adopts may only be sold for what it was purchased for unless additional art/worth is added.
Designs by “Hon3ypumpkin” are prohibited in commercial/retail use unless additional commercial use rights and fees are otherwise discussed. This includes fursuits,plushies and other small business merchandise.

Use of your received artwork in AI or NFTs is strict prohibited.

Artist has the right to deny any commission or blacklist a client that infringes upon their personal or business beliefs.
