A style mixture between the art style of artist Breaker Pangolin (Tumblr/NewGrounds) and SEGA's Sonic Adventure coloring style.

This is a scene before the actual events of Rocket Knight Adventures happen.

Axel Gear is offering his services to Emperor Devligus Devotindos and Captain Fleagle, gaining their trust after he was able to bring up enough valid points as to why they should add him to their army.

What they didn't know: He would lead them to their downfall.
