History: A top pokemon ranger who was saved by Arceus itself from a cave-in, Tsubaki now finds himself back in time to the distant land of Hisui. Here he must over come of the conflict of going from a ranger to a pokemon "weilder" and help fill in a "pokedex." To most he comes off as weird and outlandish, either talking too fast or too slow, and always seems in a dour mood. However those who get to know him learn he has a softer side.
