A mere fragment of Arceus with barely a quarter of it's power, Deus was left with Tsubaki after the human had sought out all pokemon. Deus is much more of a Right brain, while the rest of Arceus leans more left. Deus is a talkative, touch-starved asshole. He'll talk down to you, like you're someone's pet Glameow. Can shift between a humanoid form and his true form at will.
