I have no idea how to tag it... It's an apple with teeth? I know it can be potentially disturbing to some, but there's no organs nor blood, so it can't be tagged as gore, I can't tag it sensitive topics either. I doubt I can tag it as body horror because it's not a human body — just an apple. I added "teeth" and "surreal" in tags but if you know how else it should be tagged — feel free to leave a comment.
