Weretober 2 - harpy eagle
Day 2 of weretober, went a little overboard with the rendering and it took me all day.
So next prompt I'll be a little more conservative with my time.
Also since harpy eagles are native to parts of Brazil, I've made it so this one is brasilian.
Also didnt feel like drawing a background.
