I used to know artists who would say "Just open Paint and draw with the mouse. It's okay." Well, I used Krita, but here's a sketch using only the mouse and a couple key presses.

Oh and I was going for speed, not quality. This took maybe 10 minutes, rounded up.

You don't need a tablet to art.
