We take a look back in time not long after Jac was brought in as the newest member of the Fincher family.

An accident during a game had left the tiny human with a broken arm and a sprained leg. Her big brother Bo felt it was his poor handling of the situation that caused this- memories of the event haunted him and the giant blamed himself for the whole mess.

Thankfully Beaufort was able to patch her up with help from an ounce of healing magic. As soon as she woke up, Jac immedietly asked for Bo. While she still ached, Jac did her best to let her sibling know that she didn't blame him for any of this.

"It wasn't your fault. I'm ok."

Present notes: This comic takes place pretty early in their lives, Jac is 10 and Bo is 11 respectively. This plot point gets touched on again in a one shot story, which I will post here soon.

This marked the end of the promptober 2020 posts, and I did manage to do all 30 days (although I didn't post all of them here). Considering the conditions I was working on at the time, I'd say that was quite the accomplishment x3
