Conizare, the Watertail Pokemon

Evolves into the Water-Type Lepflusso at level 16, and into the Ice/Dark type Lagoluna at level 32 when near an Ice Rock at night.

It lives in lakes and rivers in small clans. Due to their blue coloring and flowing neck fluff and tail, they are able to blend in with the flow of any water to hide away from predators. The water from its body is said to be rich in nutrients and minerals.
