was doing yet another (scrapped) attempt at 2D animation in blender (nothing wrong with the program, it's a me issue, i gotta figure out the best and easiest way for me to animate </3) and i did this while playing with the shader stuff
it's basically a tangent input hooked up to the world node with a #frame (divided by 35 because it'd go too fast) driver on the angle and some other value.
yeah i got a rainbow background thing tho i'm pretty sure there's a better texture to use than a tangent due to a huge black bit
