I needed some inspiration with my art, so I looked back at some of my old works. There were a few I wanted to try redrawing, but I went with this one of a younger Rogue and Lazarus, before the latter went batshit crazy.

Story-time:
After being helped off the streets by Suzuki, Rogue was enlisted in joining the Eastern Defence Force (formerly the “Assassins”). His job was basically law enforcement, but of a higher category than the police.
His partner was Lazarus, an expert scientist who was also quite tech savvy. He was mainly the brains between the two, while Rogue was the brawn.
Originally not very close, due to Rogue’s distrust in others, they eventually became quite close, and became good friends. One of Rogue’s first friends, so he cherished Lazarus dearly.
But those days didn’t last.
