The big boy. This is Brutus! Father of Reggie and Bruce, and an old pal of Damien and the others. He’s a very cold and uncaring person, often butting heads with everyone. He feels as though the city is no longer as great as it used to be under Damien’s law, making him lose interest in being here. Why he associated with him for so long, no one knows. The only ones Brutus seems to care about his family even though sometimes that can be called into question.
