Moro's not used to affections, hence his kind of taken-aback expression. He's a bit on the weird side when it comes to that kind of stuff, it's something he gets gradually (but quickly) used to (to the point of craving it).

The lyrics have nothing to do with the image at all, I just like the vibe of the music with this piece.
