Kuro Katagawa (aka my personal take on Borderland 3's Katagawa Jr.) and Timothy-AI-stuck-in-an-underaged-clone-body (who was played by Egg)

Kuro just likes to taunt kid Timothy bc as an the AI of an adult stuck in a hormonal teen body, he made an easy target.
Needless to say, with everything else going on in his life, Timothy (nicknamed Ginger due to his hair color) quickly grew tired of the pestering.

Based on both 'Yes Honey' meme as well as the Look, it's Pac-Man short animation
