'Black Peter' (schwarzer Peter) is a german card game in which the objective is to make the opponent draw the only card (schwarzer Peter) which no matching pair exists for.

There also an expression in Germany known as 'to give someone the black Peter' (jemandem den schwarzen Peter zuschieben), which means framing someone for your own fault or passing the guilt on to someone else.

This is a piece of vent art; Vier caught onto someone trying to put the black Peter (often pictures as a black cat in the card game) into his pockets. He’s not gonna have any of that shit and puts it right back where it belongs.
