This guy here was sort of a sparkledog?
Like his story was sorta like this; his kind lives among humans but we can't see them, they once had a purpose but it's been long forgotten, even by them.
Now his kind spends their life running a competition who finds the best accesoires to clutter themselves with. The more outstanding, the better.
Basically these guys grab whatever is lost and leftover and use it for themselves.
