(March 1, 2024) Some more oc's! Not as important as mellow but still very beloved to me, secondary characters I guess? They live in the same Halloween themed place/town as mellow, Mellow thinks Ciara is her best friend, Ciara does not, Duvessa looks out for mellow sometimes since she is all by herself and is her daughter's friend, also both use she/her!
