To me, “FEARLESS” is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, FEARLESS is having fears. FEARLESS is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, FEARLESS is living in spite of those things that scare you to death.

So, context. I like giving my characters interests and hobbies that are completely irrelevant to the story because it makes them feel more real and also lets me make fun little references. And Issac? Issac is a Swiftie, and has been since he was a little kid. So I've been doing this fun thing where I've drawn him as he was in the original Era and as he is when the Taylor's version comes out. This is for RED. He was 10 when the original came out and 22 when Taylor's version did.

I... actually kind of hate this piece now, almost three years out. Mostly because his hair isn't as curly as it should be at either age. Maybe I'll redraw it, but posting it now for completion on the Taylor's version things.

... reputation will be interesting to do, because that era actually intersects with the time frame of his story, at the very start of it. Not sure yet if I'm doing 2017 Issac (at 19) for that, or 2018 Issac at 20 after his story started.
