around 4? atleast that i can remember! lovebytz is a new one since i wanted to seperate myself from my younger self

What does your current username mean?

originally i wanted something like "loveatfirstbite" but that was too long, so i shortened it to lovebites which became lovebytz!
its supposed to mix my name (valentine) with my love for vampires!

What is the first program you used to make digital art?

mspaint! i used to love doing art over bases as a kid!

Where did you first start posting your art?

i used to be on this old, defunct app called flipagram! there was a small art community where i met a bunch of nice kids my age
it was super fun and i honestly wish we were still friends, but i still follow a few of them on instagram

What is the first piece of media you drew fanart for?

appropriately, sailor moon! i used to trace the show from youtube videos

Who was your first self-insert/persona/fursona? What did they mean to you?

i had a mlp oc named gamersong and she was luna's secret batpony daughter
she was basically just my self-insert and i loved her as a kid! my friends and i used to play pretend as our ponies and it made me very happy

Who is your current self-insert/persona/fursona? How are they different to your first?

my current fursona is genuinely just me as a cool dog, and i had a ton of fun designing him! he does technically have a universe he inhabits with one of my girlfriend's fursona, but in reality he is just me (´▽`)

What phases/styles has your art gone through? (e.g. Did you have an anime era, a cartoon style, a watercolour phase?)

sailor moon -> lavendertowne -> 2010s tumblr -> eddsworld -> and then i actually started finding myself and what i genuinely wanted my art to look like!

What/who do you think has influenced your art style the most?

currently, i take a lot of inspiration from a lot of artists i see online! i like analyzing what i like about others peoples art and applying it to my own ♡( ◡‿◡ )

What/who inspired you to be an artist?

its the only thing that i could see myself doing for my entire life. it makes me truly happy and i hope with all my heart and soul that i will succeed in this industry

What tools are integral to your current workflow? (e.g. Programs, brushes, references.)

clip studio paint and my kamvas 13! i do plan on upgrading to the kamvas pro 16... eventually.....
i also make heavy use of the frenden brush pack!

What improvements have you made recently?

i think im finally getting into what makes me and my art unique ___〆(・∀・)

What steps would you like to take in the future?

i want to work on starting a youtube channel, eventually streaming, and getting to a point where i can be a freelance artist making my dream projects ଘ(੭ˊ꒳​ˋ)੭✧
