arroyo (spanish for gully), mortimer (still water), russ (keegan's last name)
very shy/reserved, mostly hangs out by himself at the ministry or hangs with mountain. he probably doesnt like dewdrop that much (which is kinda his dads ex.. in an odd way) cause he's egotistical and loud and angry (despite only being a smidgen taller than arroyo) and it scares him :(

but he sees mountain as someone just as soft as he is, despite his towering form and his scary looks - but he looks up to mountain bc he's strong and capable while holding onto his softness... arroyo is more than insecure about how weak he feels

arroyo is like ... the opposite of meliora - hiding his extra eyes because he doesn't want to be scary, and wants to look more human (sorry lil baby.. you look just like ur dad with a dif face </3)

he takes more after meliora (silky straight hair, fluff) but has keegan's signature blue eyes <33
