i've been living at a friend's house for a while and things have been different for me. one of them is the internet... aaand my old laptop.
this laptop is something i originally wanted to throw away, but i'm glad i didn't! it was too much of a hassle to unbox my desktop (i've been moving a lot recently x_x and moving again veeery soon!), so good i have this as an option, since using my phone all the time is not my preferred thing (and i can draw on my laptop, yay! although i don't have my old files here, because i didn't back them to a cloud, which i usually do T_T)
so mostly on this laptop i've been drawing and i've been using the internet like the old times, because oh dang, it is soooo slooow (and sometimes it's not, but it's super random!).
so that kind of brough me into nostalgia zone of revisiting any artists i looked up to as a kid, finding (old and new) animal comics, watching youtube videos and anime in 360p lol (on my phone i can easily go full hd with phone data -- but the data doesn't work on this laptop for some reason), and the most important of all... learning PATIENCE (along with going super minimalist - just a few tabs open, and not hundreds). and because of that i found sheezy tbh! very happy about that, because the old deviantart isn't what it used to be. i've been missing a community feel, and this website has that for me so far!
anyway, here's to growing more as an artist and hopefully getting some artists friends along the way! 🎉
i want to keep things on my main page short and sweet, so here's a longer version for those interested in getting to know me a little bit more!
hi there! call me Mothy (an interesting fact about me is that almost nobody calls me by my real name). my 1st language is polish, english is 2nd. i'll be 27 in april, oop!
⚝ what do you like to draw?
animals, mostly. a lot of ferals. dragons. sometimes anthros, ponies or even humans! my usual colour palette is inspired by years of being into DrakeNieR and enjoying blueish tints. a lot of other artists inspire me too. they're more often than not, furry artists.
explicit art answer:
shibari and other forms of bondage are always exciting to draw. i won't turn down some fun tickling/tickle torture or ponyplay as well! both maws and paws are also a subject that appears in some of my art.
⚝ what are some other things you take interest in?
lowpoly models are always such a treat. i enjoy the psx era graphics a lot, so if i find a game like that, i'm well... game. speaking of games, i love platformers, point 'n clicks, jrpgs (some favs include the aforementioned Drakengard, NieR, as well as Danganronpa, Persona, Harvestella, Spyro, Crystar, and many, many others ♥️) anime is definitely right up my alley with all of that! (some examples of what i've enjoyed are Nichijou, Kuroshitsuji, Citrus, Owari no Seraph, Beastars)
i enjoy cooking to an extent, i know i can make some pretty fancy and tasty dishes if i put my mind to it. my favourite cousine is indian/vietnamese/japanese (in this exact order). tea is something that is a part of my daily routine. i also like to sit down and meditate, it's relaxing and sometimes quite interesting, especially if i pair it with a nice breathwork session before i begin. my favourite animals are cats and deer. they're so cute! and, dragons, of course.
