Whilst they were hospitalised, their father Dr. Conrad Noble worked tirelessly on a way to heal his child. Eventually harnessing the power of plasma energy, Conrad developed a series of cybernetic attachments that would both heal Olivia's broken nerves and allow them to protect themselves from any further harm. But, rather than living a quiet life and keeping out of danger, Olivia decided to use their new abilities to protect the people who can't protect themselves, eventually joining Salem and Ferrah Finley in forming the bounty-hunting trio, Pest Control.
