Rabubble: The Bubble Pokémon

Dex entry 1:
The bubbles it keeps in its pouch are made of a soap-like substance. This substance is sometimes used as a base ingredient in cleaning products.

Dex entry 2:
It occasionally hiccups, and produces a bubble. It collects these bubbles and stores them in the pouch it wears around its neck. It will utilize the bubbles to clean its food prior to eating.
