Nick is the self-proclaimed leader of the pack (because he is the oldest) and is Max's older brother. He's been taking care of his little brother since their mother abandoned them. Acting much older than he actually is, Max brings out his more childish self. He has difficulty trusting others, particularly humans, and he is very protective and paternal toward the pack. He hates being alone; he and Ros are always together. Nick has the lost the ability to sing. Dolly promises to help him find his singing voice again.
