A young boy who was gaslit by the World Government into joining them and was trained to become a weapon! He joined CP9 due to his prowess and strength and is a capable Six-Powers user! During the events of Enies Lobby the truth about his "recruitment" came out so Havoc was sent into a fit of rage and defected from CP9, assisting in the Straw Hat's escape-- Which led them to rescue him at the last second! After that he became a temporary but loyal member of the crew, even though he scares most of them HJSABDJH
