Letting ya'll know, I now have a persona alt on Sheezy!
@/Kuja will be the hot-spot for all my art pre-2024! :0
I realised it'd be a great archival thing for me, so if u wanna see ancient art, I'm going to slowly post as much old digital art/lost traditional art as I can! ;w;
I have some stuff from the past I REALLY want to treasure, but have no way to store-- some may be old photo's or low quality pieces, but they're remaining artworks of mine from a time where I nuked everything I had created- so I don't have alot of my original pieces anymore... and I wanna change that. I don't want to loose them again...
I also have a fair amount of mid to late-2018 art I'd love to share that I have major soft spots for... aswell as 2019 - 2021 art that's incredibly special to me too!
So yeah... I do hope ya'll will enjoy my old art, even if it isn't as good as what I do now! ;w;
As a little... backstory of why I want to do this and why I encourage others to both preserve their art and also archive it, is to not make the same mistake as me...
Some of my toughest years as an artist was my time on Deviant Art from the ages of 13 - 15. 2016 - 2018. Unfortunately, that was when I started digital art, but due to how I was as a kid, everything of mine is gone. I moved accounts alot, nuking all the art I created in the process, but I understand why I did that. And I also understand others do that too...
If you're a young'n whoes struggling who has a habit of moving accounts alot, I encourage you to preserve your pieces.
Treasure them.
They may end up cringe, they may be bad, but trust me when I say that you will miss those pieces-- and subsequently, those memories attached to them-- when you grow older :')
All I have left are random blips of stuff I never fully cared for, animal jam pieces & art I made for friends over that time.
My beginning years are so fragmented for me now, I wish I could go back and stop myself from moving deviant art accounts so much and to treasure what I had...
I wonder what pieces I made, what stories they had to tell...
But all I have are the fragments left behind.
Archival is good, ya'll! Please do consider that :'))
