OC Challenge Day 5, the randomizer picked Arcus's mom, Rosuria!

She's the first character I've had to design and name completely from scratch! I had her colors and a vague idea of a name in my head already, but this was finally my excuse to put it all together in a cohesive character.

But anyway, she's a loving and sweet mother who wants the best for her children!
