now that artfight has passed i can now post some different stuff here.

here is my latest endeavor with doing music. i've wanted to try covering bad apple for a while since it's a pretty repetitive song which meant it would be easy to make an inst and ust thanks to copy n paste. this marked many firsts for me, such as being my first cover to use a different program for the final instrumental, using an utauloid for the vocals, and actually MIXING the vocals with the inst (which is why my older covers sounded like ass. i really want to redo them with proper mixing) my dumbass thought mixing was just audio balancing but no it's so much more than that and half of what it takes to make synthesized vocals sound good.
learning how to tune in openutau was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster and i had a mini crisis about how i was going to mix everything before i realized fl studio has an infinite free trial... despite the mental lows i ventured down i'm pretty satisfied with this and it's reinvigorated my desire to make more covers with my new tools :) i'm still not the best but i feel better than when i first started doing covers.
milk and hanami quickly became new faves when i was browsing english utaus to use :D will be using them in future covers in tandem with my lite synthv banks (namely anri)
lastly: the english lyrics are a combination of pat mccarthy's, christina vee, and the musical ghost's translyrics, combined with unholy alchemy to cut back on monotony (and because i like them)
