Honestly, I still want to remake or edit Dalin's casual outfit here. He never wears one, so it will probably look odd no matter what I do with it.

This is Dalin Hachidsfene.
His name, broken up means "Da" - "curious" and "Lin" -"flight"
His last name Hachidsfene is comprised of his fathers name and "sfene" which means child off. While Dalin uses he/they pronouns, he uses the agender suffix for his last name.
"sfene" is normal for all zabu children to use until they are of age or when they feel like they've found their gender expression.

Dalin is the child of a legendary hero, who was elected as the Last Ruler after a long and harrowing war. Hachid passed down the responsibility to his firstborn child, far too early for his own liking. Out of necessity.

Dalin was also born during the ever elusive month of Dalduro. When a child is hatched or emerged during this month, their palette is monochromatic, centered around the black, white, and grey theme. This palette also becomes a gene in the carrier, and can be passed down to children, though the child will have normal colourful eyes.
